Feature Spotlight: Selfie Mode for Remote Due Diligence

Included as part of the Customer Due Diligence Toolkit is the option to have your client upload a Selfie via your secure branded forms.

Having a new or unknown client provide a 'Selfie' is an easy and simple way to further satisfy your obligation to verify Identity. To activate this setting or try it out for yourself, visit the help guide.

How it works

Step One - Activate on your account

With Selfie Mode enabled, your clients will be required to take a selfie with their ID when providing information. The option to capture a Selfie image will appear at the bottom of your Full Customer information request forms.

Step Two - Submitting Information

Once the form has detected your client has added a Selfie image, they can submit the form and they will be notified the information has been sent to you successfully.

Step Three - Notified when Submitted

You will receive an email notification when the information is ready for you to review.

Step Four - Review the Information

The Selfie Image submitted by your client will now be visible within the Documents tab within your arcarta report, ready to review.
