Security Noticeboard

Updates and Notices from our community.
Arcarta will never ask you for your password information over email or phone. If you suspect you have received a suspicious email (or phone call) which says it's from Arcarta or uses Arcarta's logo and it hasn't already been reported on the Security Noticeboard below, please get in touch via our contact form and a member of our support team will be in touch.

A genuine Arcarta email will always come from arcarta.com. If you receive an email from an address that is not arcarta.com, be suspicious. But please also be aware that some phishing emails attempt to spoof (impersonate) sending addresses, so they appear to come from a legitimate address but are actually sent from a different domain.
