How does this work with an international bank account?

Monday, July 13, 2020

If you are accepting large transactions in different currencies, you may consider configuring your ArcartaPay account to connect your international bank account(s) to Stripe.

By connecting your international account(s), you will be able to assign international currency transactions to your relevant international bank account. Hence, you may transfer funds using a preferred currency trader to ensure you’re getting the best rate.

Consider the following example:

You do a lot of business in the United States and have an American Bank Account.

You accept Dollars, at a fair in New York from numerous clients.

Having connected your American Bank Account to Stripe via ArcartaPay, it will ensure any Dollar transactions you accept are sent directly to your American bank account.

When the fair is over, you organise that the funds be transferred to your primary bank account with a preferred currency trader to ensure you’re getting the best rate of exchange.
